Ice cream

You will need: water, about 250 grams of fruits or berries, 4 tablets of sweetener, up to 100 grams of low-fat sour cream, 10 grams of gelatin. While the gelatin dissolves in cold water, the fruit is mashed with a blender, a sweetener is added to the sour cream and whipped. Then all the components are combined and mixed until smooth, poured into molds and left in the freezer for an hour.

Blueberry muffin

You will need: two glasses of oatmeal, a third of a glass of low-fat kefir, two eggs, two large tablespoons of olive oil, three glasses of non-white flour, baking powder, sweetener and salt to taste, blueberries. Previously, oatmeal is poured with kefir and insisted for about half an hour. Then flour, baking powder is added there. Beat eggs with sweetener and salt separately. The berries are added to the dough. The cupcake is baked in the oven.

Jam for diabetics

Pumpkin with cottage cheese

You will need: pumpkin and three apples, 60 grams of nuts, an egg, two hundred grams of cottage cheese. Pumpkin is preliminarily freed from pulp and seeds, apples – from peel and seeds. Chopped in a blender or grated. Nuts are ground in a mill or grinded with a mortar, cottage cheese is rubbed through a sieve or kneaded with a fork. Cottage cheese and apples are mixed with an egg, pumpkin is filled with the mass and sent to the oven for two hours.

Bagels with cottage cheese nuts

You will need: 150 grams of oat flour, 200 grams of cottage cheese, sweetener, two yolks and the white of one egg, 60 grams of nuts, baking powder, three large spoons of melted butter. The dough is kneaded from flour with cottage cheese and eggs. It requires settling for half an hour in the refrigerator. After it is rolled out and future bagels are formed. The top of each is required to be smeared with yolk and sprinkled with nuts. In the oven, the bagels are baked until golden brown.

Cookie cottage cheese cake

Required: 150 grams of cottage cheese, about 200 ml of milk, a pack of cookies, sweetener and lemon zest. The cottage cheese is wiped through a sieve, sugar substitute is added. The resulting mixture is divided into two parts, in one you need to add the previously obtained zest, in the second – a little vanillin. A layer of crushed cookies soaked in milk is laid on a prepared dish. Above – curd mass with zest. Then again a layer of cookies and a second portion of cottage cheese. The entire surface is coated with the remains of the curd mass and sprinkled with cookie crumbs. The cake is sent to the refrigerator to infuse. There is an opinion that the consumption of a large amount of sweets by a healthy person causes the disease, but diabetes does not appear exactly like that. Overweight and poor functioning of the pancreas become the prerequisites for the disruption of carbohydrate metabolism in the body . So, it is important to form the correct diet, but this is not the only factor affecting the development of the disease.
